    "Minimum order" means the least amount of something you can order.  For example, if you go to a Chinese restaurant they often have a lunch special that has a set menu of 3-5 items, BUT you have to order AT LEAST 2 of those meals to get the good deal.  The "minimum order" in this case is 2.
