Your home will show better and sell faster if it has "curb appeal" and doesn't need a bunch of repairs.  NO ONE wants a house that needs roof repairs! 
I'm currently painting the interior and installing new floors.  I won't get what I put into it, as I spared no expense; it IS for me, after all!

Next we headed down to the Wako boutique which retails Seiko on the ground floor and imported brands like IWC Panerai Breguet Jaeger-LeCoultre Glashütte Original Franck Muller Baume amp Mercier and Piaget. Pictures weren't allowed inside Wako though they made an exception so we could photograph a display link of the link brand's history. On the second floor is the Grand link Seiko and Credor Jewellery Salon.
