    How do I get my Galaxy J1 phone to recognize that I placed inside of it a 32 bit sand disk chip?

    I cannot download a thing due to lack of memory, the phone is not recognizing the chip? Aaaauuuurrrrrgggg!

        Okay, Roy, but how do I tell it's actually "taken"? Says 28 but none of the apps show that
