I'm usually up pretty early in the mornings unless I sleep late because I've been up late the night before. I drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee per day and sometimes I don't finish my last cup until 2 or so in the afternoon.

....before noon.

Ration myself to 4 big mugs a day, always in the morning though, coffee makes me pee too much, must be an age thing.
