Very high blood pressure can cause symptoms such as headache, nausea and vomiting, mental confusion, vision changes, chest pain, or shortness of breath. Anyway, go to doctor. Don't be surprised if end up in hospital. Irbesartan drug can fix you up quickly, if doctor prescribes something like that. Don't sweat it, just go get it checked out.
