    I think that's the best bacon. I've been doing it for a few years, I think I watched Alton Brown do it.

    Bacon is a little different here in the UK so cooking it in the oven is the best way to crisp it up.

                The smell of cinnamon rolls cooking in the oven IMO wins hands down. It's like smelling a little bit of heaven on earth.

                      I wish my mother 's home made bread was baking in the oven. or her German coffee cake ( stollen ) , but alas, never to be smelled or eaten again b/c she's in heaven with my dad.

                        I made watermelon cupcakes for my little girl Sunday, with cream cheese frosting dyed green and jelly beans for the stems. Smelled pretty good..

                          Ya I like to cook, but baking is not my strong suit. Its been 40+ years since I've done any baking at all let alone from scratch and that was with moms help,, She could bake..
