I started to cross country (snow) ski several years ago, but then I fell and cracked my tailbone. Something about that experience drove me far from the trail...forever.   :)

It would not have been convenient to carry "the donut" with me at that time. I just sat on one side or the other and that lasted for two years!

Can't ski, couldn't master ice skating, but I was a bloody good rollerskater.

Lasted a few minutes at water skiing.

Don't even ask about snowboarding or skateboarding.

I'm clumsy enough walking on my own two feet.

               My answer is, No.

Horrible at snow skiing and mediocre on the water, which was much more enjoyable.

Give me a jet ski and I'll be happy all day.

Water skiing but that's it and probably not now. I used to be able to run down the rails at the railroad track near my house. I can't even make it 5 feet now without falling off. Getting old..

Yes. I skiied in N. Michigan when I was in my 20s and 30s. It has so many huge hills up there, they almost qualify as small mountains.

And ditto for water skiing.........there are a lot of inland lakes in Michigan

I used to skate board (a plank with roller skate wheels) as a teenager other than that no.  :)

I broke my wrist when I was seven trying to cross a plank wearing roller skates. :(

i like to roller skate. some of my family members ski, jet ski and all those other sorts of sports. i cannot even stand to watch them. they seem so dangerous to me. i have a friend that takes his 2 kids skiing, age 11 and 12. a man that worked at the ski site told him that a person had been killed, running into a particular tree. my friend said, "why don't you put a sign on trees that people have died hitting?" the man said, "that means we would have to have a sign on every tree up here."
