So many pets through the years, and many stressful times,  but probably when Sophie, one of our dogs, went missing for a week, then turned up one morning  in the patio unable to stand. Very odd, as she'd have had to jump a 4 foot fence. 

 Probably when a raccoon attacked our dog several years ago. Funny thing is the dog was tied up.normally he would tear a coon up but this time he seemed to be on the defensive side of the fight

Probably our Shi-tzu Ben,,we returned home late at night from our night job,it was raining hard,as we turned into our driveway my headlights picked up a ball of white fluff in the gutter,,i realized it was an animal,i jumped out of the car and as i did this ball of dripping white fluff ran towards me,i then realized it was Ben.the little bugger got out of the yard and was waiting for us to get home,,if a car had pulled up out the front,it would have run clean over him,,gladly that never happened,,he lived for 14 years,,we had him put down because of cancer,a long time ago now..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
