We eat brunch which is simply egg and toast during the weekdays.

I cook a big breakfast/brunch either Saturday or Sunday.

My favorite thing to make is breakfast burritos with Chorizo, re fried beans, and scrambled eggs with cheese on fresh homemade tortillas.

Bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, pancakes, waffles, French toast, breakfast burritos, potatoes...typical US stuff,

Only on Sundays,  and that's normally  scrabble  or poached  eggs  on toast. I usually  cook it.

On our first overnight date, I cooked eggs for my now wife. She ended up with salmonella poisoning. She has not allowed me near the stove since.

this question made me hungry. i use to do most of the cooking. now my better half does most of it. mainly because we tend to eat different things. i eat apple or pear, raisins, nuts, olive oil or maybe oatmeal blue berries, walnut raisins etc. better half likes pozole and cold slaw and raw veggies for breakfast. we make up for this nonsense by lunch and dinner.
