I agree with Julie about ISIS being the meanest people. I watched a video recently where an old woman was stopped by ISIS because she was wearing a red hijab and someone didn't like it so she was forced to Kneel down and  shot it the head.

The Middle East (and expanding). I cannot imagine how a human could burn a person alive, or cut off someone's head, stone a person to death, female mutilation, kill their own child to preserve family honor, and the list goes on....
