H/o most of the time means "history of". Hx/o would also mean the same thing, just like "Hx". 

HO (with no slash) means Heterotopic ossification. Which is the abnormal development of bone in usually soft tissue.

Hector, I think you're talking g about  H 2 O , which is water .and H 2 0 2, is Hydrogen Peroxide.

That grenade-style link dial is also no link more, and the features of the engraved pattern have been softened. Nowadays, it looks link more like a globe than a grenade. The seamless continuation of pattern from the dial to strap is also less congruent.
