    What does H,O,mean in mdical terms,??

    H/o most of the time means "history of". Hx/o would also mean the same thing, just like "Hx". 

    HO (with no slash) means Heterotopic ossification. Which is the abnormal development of bone in usually soft tissue.

    Hector, I think you're talking g about  H 2 O , which is water .and H 2 0 2, is Hydrogen Peroxide.
