The text after the colon is an identifier for an "Alternate Data Stream". ADS is used to store meta-information about the file. If you do a google search with just the words "ZONE IDENTIFIER", you will have a lot of websites to choose from, and one may have more information than just a definition.

But when it comes right link down to it I mostly like seeing one thing done extremely well. Maybe it's some sort of horological ADHD but I find the clarity of expression you get in a watch that's a rattrapante for instance and nothing else link is more bracing and refreshing than a horological layer cake.
