VW scandal

Has anyone been affected by the VW emission's scandal? We have 2 right now that now that are affected. As with everything else there are plenty of rumors out there you don't know what to believe. We were just at the dealer a few days ago and even they don't know. He said they parked all the affected TDI's out back because there not allowed to sell them till there fixed, there still waiting to hear what to do.

This article might make things a little clearer. I don't understand how someone/anyone can purposely poison the air he breathes.

I just bought a VW.It's not a diesel tho.They are saying here that it's simply a software problem & easy to fix.Maybe they're just playing it down.I dunno.

Its more then that Tommyh,they let of a deadly toxit fumes that cant be cured easy,Petrol or Diesel,

I'm out of the loupe. Is that the correct spelling. My folks had a bug. The seven of us all crammed in. My sister ran over a skunk in it once but that was just about the greatest problem we ever had with it......

If you want a vw, now is the time to buy it. Sale are down a lot,and incentives will be more available. This is the result of price of non conformance. A quality issue.

Well years of prodding finally did the trick with the new Oyster Perpetual in 36 and 41mm now sporting coral yellow light pink dark green and powder blue dials. This is a new year new Oyster and it has an entirely new personality to boot.
