Hectey,   Oatmeal is a tried and true food that can bring down high cholesterol .

Fruit, vegetables,  nuts are very good dry nuts that is not the salted version.  Low fat spreads , cut out the cheese and chocolates my favourites.  Crumpets are low in fat too, believe  it or not. 

For your information, the body also produces cholesterol. There are people who are meticulous about what they eat and still have high cholesterol.

All of your favorites. Bacon, bacon, bacon. Butter, fries anything. rich foods……….

Statins. See your doctor first.

My mother in law died with high cholesterol. She did not eat much red meat at all before she died.
