      Saw a cake tote, cake/cookie decorating kit, and elephant shaped soap dish....not sure if I'll  find them wrapped and under the tree, but I bought them

        LOL You should wrap them and then act all surprised when you unwrap them... What a hoot grannycakes! The kids will love it! {I'm kidding } Have the best Christmas time ever sweetie!

        Yes. Because I have started to collect bits and pieces of crystal  like vases, bowls, etc these past few months I bought a crystal chandelier , the type that needs to be installed by a qualified electrician.Don't tell anyone Tabber  that the crystals are acrylic. A real crystal chandelier can run into the thousands.It sure looks the part though.

          That sounds lovely, PL, but save up for the real thing. A former friend spent nearly $1700 USD on hers and it is exquisite.

            Don't forget the puncture repair kit, and consider inflating by mouth, the nozzle may be in an unusual place.

              I have bought myself a machine for trimming lawn edges, called variously: a String Trimmer, a weed whacker (US)  a line trimmer (NZ) a whipper snipper (OZ) a debrousailleuse (FR) or a strimmer (UK). Bizzarely the grass is still growing in December due to El Nino and global warming we are told.

                Nom, we have balmy weather too, in Mich.The date today is 12-24-15 . We had El Nino back in the 90s here before anybody ever started talking about " Global Warming " Our outside plants and grass is growing ! Maybe I'll plant flowers !

                A new air conditioner compressor for my van. Coming back home from a 12 hour drive it went out as pulled into town. Have to replace it now to drive it. Its not cheap either.

                  Haven't bought my self anything b/c I haven't thought about it, and b/c I spent too much money buying other people things. If I had a family or a fairy godmother, I'd ask them to get me a Keriug ( sp)  coffee maker .
