Seldom, because I do like Ducky, locking my car door with the key and having a place for them (a bowl by the door.  The bowl changes with the seasons....currently a snowman candy dish).  When I don't put them THERE, they are lost. 
My phone goes missing way more often....

Keys are never "lost", they are always in the same place you never left them.

Never! I've always locked my car and my keys always go in the same place, as soon as I get home.
