No kidding!  My step-granddaughter could REALLY use a nap on a daily basis....she can be a real pill when she's tired. 
My youngest son used to bring his blanket into the living room when he was about 2 and stand there.  If we didn't get up and put him to bed fast enough, he'd lay down on the floor with the blanket and fall asleep in about one minute.
