We've had some flooding at times but nothing major....flooded basements along with a few road closures. Tornado watches (not even warnings) on occasion, no earthquakes except for a mild tremor a few years ago from hundreds of miles away. Our biggest problem is major snow storms to contend with, especially when it snows for days on end and the plows cannot keep up with the clearing.
Interestingly, this year as of today (Dec. 03/15) we still have no snow and our temperatures are above normal with lots of sunshine. I can handle that!
