If I were to drop something outside on the pavement no way  would I eat it because people spit and dogs poop all over the sidewalks and people step in it and spread the germs with every step they take. I watched a little girl drop her doughnut and then pick it up and eat it. I couldn't get this image out of mind all day-Barf!

If I drop something on the floor in the house it depends on what I've dropped and where I've dropped it. Example: I've dropped a raw egg on the kitchen floor so I tossed it in the garbage but the piece of meat I dropped in the kitchen sink I wiped off and made sure it ended up on Roy's plate. LOL

You modecodelle Ted to much C,B,

Only if it's something really delicious!        :)

5, 10, 15.....if I pick it up and no hair is sticking to it, it's still good

If its pickupable and tasty I don't have a problem, obviously I don't lick up spilled coffee etc.

funny you should mention that, b/c some friends and I were just talking about that the other day. Personally, after going to nursing school, and learning sterile technique, I think the 5 second theory is hog wash.

That said Oris is clearly treating the watch itself with a ton of levity. It's meant to be fun and it link really is. As a part of the release Oris teamed up with The Muppets team to write link a whole new song and produce a video link of Kermit singing and playing the banjo while talking about "taking time for me" in the date window of the ProPilot X. The hardened watch writer in me hates to admit how much watching the video made me smile.
