Help me here. i need a manual and/or any information on a "Alton Unique 20"x13"36V electric bike......
Anybody even have one? We bought it on line and though they promised paperwork, we can't get them to answer the phone. Nice looking, fancy bike mind you.....

I've emailed customer service and technical help and just the company. It's world wide, do they take Mondays off?
You’re so sweet, duck. I got hold of them this afternoon. I even got an email from a company I wrote telling me nicely that I was wrong, to try the site they forwarded to me….
Shoot. The company doesn't seem to have the catalog we're after. It seems that the bike is too new. They keep referring us to old manuals that have attachments in different places; like gear shifts....
