Every time I add a photo to make a mug, it says my photo does not have high enough resolution. I finally found where you change from stand to full photo, but that does not help. What should I do? The photos have several MBs of resolution.

I do not know what you mean by "MUG" or who "it" is that is telling you these things, but if you need higher resolution, you need to figure out how to provide that so "it" will give you a "mug".
