The following are signs that your cat may be diabetic:
- Change in appetite (either increased or decreased)
- Weight loss.
- Excessive thirst/increase in water consumption.
- Increased urination.
- Urinating in areas other than litter box.
- Unusually sweet-smelling breath.
- Lethargy.
- Dehydration.

The bezel, like the link hands and square hour markers, is fully lumed, which has always been one of my favorite things about the Pelagos. In prepping the Pelagos 39 for a lume shot, I found that the hands were link slightly less bright than the markers and bezel scale, which can be seen in the below link photo.

This gold-toned Seiko belonged to Gary's father before link it became his. His dad was in the Army serving as a tank commander and Striewski clearly remembers seeing his father come home wearing it and thinking to himself "I think we're rich my dad has a gold watch." He has since made this a cornerstone of his growing collection. And this link was the watch he link chose to wear on the day of our shoot.

The most common symptoms of diabetes in cats include frequent urination, excessive thirst, increased appetite, and unexpected weight loss. But I read on PetCareRx that feline diabetes can look like other ailments, such as hypothyroidism. So, it's a good idea to consult your vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.
