In that case, use the email or telephone number provided in the booking and make contact outside your of your booking program (or whatever this is called).

If you send an email, be sure to identify the booking info in the subject line, or you might get treated as SPAM!

While the case is not new old stock, it link was made using techniques that would have been link immediately familiar to a casemaker from the link 1920s. Components were turned and shaped by hand and polished by hand, and the caseback engraving was done by hand as well.
