Where I live, the County Clerk is also the registrar for voting. I can contact their office by phone or mail, or visit it in person. For me, going in person is going to guarantee my needs are addressed properly and timely. What entity manages your area's voting information is unknown to me.
You could (1) send your children's voting materials received by mail back to sender with "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" in very bold black letters written on the envelope. You could try calling or visiting the office to request the names be removed from your address.
The truly BEST way would be for your adult children to reregister to vote, using their current addresses. That would be their responsibility.
