Formaldehyde is a common ingredient used as a preservative in skin-care products. It is often hidden in materials with other names to prevent scaring people away from using it. Formaldehyde can cause serious allergies and allergic reactions in the breastfeeding baby. Some technical names used to indicate the presence of formaldehyde include hydroxymethylglycinate, DMDM-hydantoin and methenesmine.

Coconut oil has amazing benefits for skin and so much more. I use Coconut oil as a skin moisturizer, my husband occasionally suffers from dry ears so he rubs pure coconut oil over his ears and the coconut oil relieves his dry/crustiness. Moms can be anywhere from 11-12 years old and up....I'll be a "mom" into my grave, at well past 100 years.  The skin products aren't determined exclusively by whether or not one is a mother, but by age, ethnicity, skin type, climate, and many other factors.

Some "moms" probably need Clearasil.  Some moms may like Oil of Olay.  Some, Avon, and some that stuff Christie Brinkley uses, along with a million and one other things.  That industry could probably pay off the national debt for us using 1/3 its net earnings for less than 5 years.
