"Is this rumor true"? How do you find out if ANY rumor is true? In this case, you would have to go to Justin Trudeau and ask him. I'm sure he'll be happy to clarify what you've heard.          :)

It will take more than just rumors from unidentified insiders to get anyone excited. Give us some names !
