Gee every year Canada Thanksgiving is mentioned here on aka and I feel guilty because it hasn't crossed my mind. Scotland for obvious reasons  does not celebrate Thanksgiving  so turkey day here felt like I pulled the short end of the wishbone.

 What did you make to eat? Any specialties? Did you share this day with anyone important? Did you make any special memories?
