    It seems to be a form that you fill out AFTER your allotted "recovery" time from your disability.

    It might not get as much love as the caliber 1.96, but link that also means the caliber 1.98 sells for less than the original L.U.C, though they've also increased over the past couple years. It's a decent way to get into early Chopard, but I'd say wait for link a first series 1860 if you can. If you like that, then you can dig deeper into the Chopard link archives.
