      You mean rain or snow tires, cuz your tires are already wet if it's raining.    I would, if they'll provide you with more safety.  Don't want anything bad to happen to you!

          No hector. You should put dry tires on your car. That way, you'll have better traction in the rain.     :)

                Try studded snow tires. Why, because you may get stuck in the mud.

                    You can put on dry tires. Chances are they'll soon become wet.
