How to Post a Picture/Image in your answer.
1) Select picture you wish to use....from your own photos or from the internet.
2) Right click....hit copy.
3) In the question to which you wish to respond, go to "Add a new answer".
4) Left click on the little "mountain icon" and another box will pop up.
5) This box says "Insert/Edit Image".
6) Your cursor is now flashing beside the word "Source".
7) Right click, paste and hit OK. Your picture is now in the answer box.
8) To make the image smaller, right click on the image.
9) You'll now see little squares around your picture.
10) Put cursor arrow into any of those boxes and drag to center.
11) Your picture will shrink. Do the opposite to make it larger again.
Note: Increasing/decreasing an image size, will work on most images. (Not all.)
12) To write underneath your image, make sure you have a flashing cursor, hit enter to get to the next line and type away.
13) Finished? Hit "Post Answer".
GOOD JOB!
thank, Duckster for the good instructions. We needed that. Now, after you hit " post answer ", how do you get the image to show up on your answer that you put on akaqa ?
@clu...Easiest to just put it in your follow file. (Hit "Follow" then look in your own profile under "Follow". Voila!

So lindi, doing all of these steps, you are able to post a picture, here, in "Add new comment" section? Show us. :)
P.S. Before anyone else agrees.......only WE can say that.
Comments? Sorry for the double answer, this doesn't show up if I put it in a comment.
You need to do this.........
<img src="paste your url" \>
Practice makes perfect, try it out on comments in old threads.

If I right click, I can only copy....no such option as "copy image url". If I post as an answer, no problem. If I post as a comment, this is what I get.....no pic, just the link.

@bulletman....I don't get it. As explained here (above), no such things for me either. You do know that we're talking here in this thread, only about posting a pic in the "comment section"? :(
Open link; Open link in new tab; Open link in new window; Save target as; Print target; Save picture as; Email picture; Print picture; Go to my pictures; Set as background; Copy; Copy shortcut; Select all; View Source; Inspect element; Add to favorites; Properties.
As you can see, NOWHERE does it say "Copy Image Url" or even anything close to that as far as I can see. :((
