Employer - Every effort must be made to provide a safe and secure work environment.

Employee - It is an employee responsibility to use PPE , personal protective equipment , when grinding, chiseling, buffing etc, anything that might cause an injury. Only do the work that they have been trained to do. Do not remove safety guards. Exercise maximum care good judgement in prevention of accidents. Report safety hazards immediately.
