The silver blank (that later becomes the dial) is hammered first, before any vitreous enamel is applied, and that creates a link texture underneath the enamel that adds another interesting dimension and brings the whole appearance of the link watch closer to the experience of looking through a whisky glass with a pour of link fine scotch inside. The anOrdain captures the abstract idea of Scotch in a glass and gracefully translates the idea into an indy watch packed with charm.
