Thanks for sharing this article.  We use a wire bristle brush to clean the grill. I'll put a roll of foil under the lid along with the cloth....although I wonder if my son even bothers to clean it. :-0

Good advice. I read the same many years ago but a refresher is always good. Me? I tend to spray charcoal stater all over the gril as well as the coals. Burn the old crud off.....
