I had a friend like that. One time, a few of us were sitting around and decided to have a little fun with this ' know it all'. He was due to show up anytime so we formulated this game. We all had 5 torn pieces of paper with a shape on it and a number. Like a square with the number 5. (example) And we had a deck of cards. We kinda made some stupid rules but the game had no rhyme or reason, there was no pattern, nothing made sense.
So he shows up and we are sittng around the table, one guy draws a card, says 5 spades (the card was a queen of hearts) with that, he lays down a piece of paper with the square and a number 5 on it, and a couple of us started arguing that the move was wrong.
Sure as heck, after a few moves, he buts in and started telling us how to play this game and that he had played it many times. When we told him it was a joke, he still argued that 'no this game is real' and continued showing us how to play it.
The moral of this story lies in your question, 'forget it' you can do nothing. He will be like this the rest of his life, eventually he/she may quiet down because they realize their sickness but it will continue.

There's no over-the-top or nonsense complications link at work here, a simplicity that may help you resist the temptation to look at your wrist when you should have your eyes on the road. (We highly, highly recommend you don't check your watch while riding a motorcycle.) Instead, what we have is a classic three-handed 316L link steel sport watch in a tonneau case with a 12-hour bidirectional bezel and a destro crown link orientation.
