Rules rule. My senior complex requires a homeowner to be with any guest using the pool or hot tub.

Since many of us have grandchildren, it's nice they can use it, too.

If it is in the policy yes..are we talking about a retirement village,,then i would ask "what are children doing there">>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<..
