In Windfall, he plays a nameless character known in the credits simply as link "CEO," who amassed a fortune after developing an algorithm that helps companies lay off employees and stay in business. Let's just say, he's not particularly well-loved by the formerly link salaried public (hence the break-in). Over the course of the home invasion link and extortion, his character's hubris is revealed. He spends much of the film trying to outwit and demean Segel's character (credited as "Nobody").
