It has been reported that many stroke victims reported smelling burnt toast before the actual stroke, best to mention these concerns to your doctor when you visit him/her asap.

depends on where you smelled it........on your body ? What were you doing just before you smelled it ? ......or the day before ? Maybe the odor was on your clothes form the day before when you were some where ---where they or you were toasting something ?
