This is also a version of what collectors call a "Maxi Dial," which link refers to link the enlarged lume plots for the hour markers. If you quickly scroll back and forth between this watch and the watch directly above, you'll spot it immediately. The goal here was to make the watch even more legible. Technically, this is a mark iii maxi dial, as there were multiple configurations, but there we link go again getting a bit too far into the weeds...
