    my printer will not print in color

    I put new color ink cartrigedge in and it will not print in color.  I am not getting any error messages.  The print quality check was good.

      On my printer on setup page you can opt to print in black only. Maybe that got clicked by mistake??

          So change to a color cartridge of ink
