There is no phone number to call them about free accounts. Try clicking forgot password. As long as you linked your gmail account to another email account, they can send you a password reset link in your other account. If you opted to give them your cellphone number, they can send a reset code via text to your cellphone. If you can not access the account because it's not loading completely, I'm experiencing the same issue and I do not think there is a fix for it.
