Interesting read Clonge, but  if I had a choice to swim with sharks or  run with bulls I'd pick the bulls horns down. :)

I think well treated cows are very docile!  I've never been attacked by a cow!  Bulls are different aggressive creatures! Probably why farmers use artificial means to breed their offspring now!  Cows give you lots of tasty treats! Enjoy them!   Butter milk meat!  Yum!
