Sat in a car beside my wife,not making a sound,, with tears running down my face..and all i wanted to do was smash something or hurt someone..my wife was very worried as she had not seen me cry before and i hope she does not again.>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<

I'm a fairly stress free person EXCEPT when it comes to my sister who can't think outside the box and ignores what's in the inside. I feel upset, frustrated, hurt, and humiliated.......

I get stressed out by things that are beyond my control ..... usually the behaviours or actions of others ..  and by the lack of [fill in blank].
