Download Ccleaner. It will remove all junk files from your computer. Choose the free download https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download you do not need any more than the free version. Once downloaded, click the windows tab and then select "run cleaner". Once it's completed at 100%, click the applications tab and then click "run cleaner". Once that is at 100%, click "registry", then click, "scan for issues", when it's complete it will tell you x amount of issues found. Click, "repair all selected issues" (they will all be selected already). You do not need to save any of them as a backup (you will be asked if you want to save a backup of them). This sounds confusing in type but it's not hard to figure out once you see the program panel.
