          Julie if you want my mom's Vanilla Wafer cake recipe I'll send it to you. There are several on the internet, but the measured amount of ingredients are not all the same.

          This is a frostless cake which I like because its not too sweet and complements coffee and tea well if you want a piece for breakfast.
          The cake does have coconut and walnuts or pecans and a lot of people don't like coconut.
