Sleep shirts for men are available in many varieties and at several locations. Unfortunately you may not order a sleepshirt from us because this is akaQA, a worldwide question and answer forum.

Yes, They're  called T-Shirts, and I use them too, to sleep in .

I think Yes, Sleep shirts for men are available in the market. But this is not my choice, few days ago I was purchasing a Robert Graham Shirts through Fashion-Shirts store and i really like this shirt.  But my friend like Sleep shirts and he always told me about that.
