I hope the author of that obituary is pondering his place in society, and maybe what his own obituary would read.  It made me chuckle to myself as I mentally wrote mine...

The society we live in, seems to place a lot of emphasis on how women look...yes...women. Even female politicians, in very highly respected positions, are often criticized for the "unsuitable earrings they wore during that speech", or other similar remarks. Rather shallow on the part of the "all knowing critics" I think.

The obit writer was obviously thick of brain, short of sight, shallow of character,  tall on stupid, and lean on integrity.
