It doesn't work for me unfortunately.I guess you need a clear conscience or something.LOL.

"Accidental naps"are the best. (Those are the ones where your head bobbles a dozen times before you finally give in to falling asleep.)

I fall asleep in front of the TV in the early afternoon, while reading or watching or talking to the cat…...

No,when i go to bed, i am out in 5 minutes,but i do not sleep during the day,,,i dare say i will get to that though,,,

I often nod off while reading, and then have to go back and read the same page again when I wake.  And in the evening if I'm watching TV and my boy cat curls up on my lap, and he's warm and cosy I can easily nod off.I think it's good for you.
