Something on the application was not entered correctly. Generally, there will be some "alert" that indicates where the problem with the application is, and corrections can be made. Not knowing the purpose of the application, or whether there were any "red flags" you missed, it's not possible for me to offer any other assistance.
If you can get back into the application process, review each entry before continuing to subsequent screens. Good luck!
