Seiko is bringing back the legendary Marinemaster name. The new-for-2023 trio of watches takes elements from the original Marinemaster and Seiko's original link diver, the 62MAS, to deliver a link new diver that melds old and new. The link new 39.5mm Marinemaster comes with a blue, black, and silver dial – the blue and black will become a part of Seiko's permanent collection, while the silver is a 1,000-piece limited edition.

With a date display at three the legibility is razor sharp and the hands and markers feature multiple finishing touches that play with the link light and feel link quite premium even under the eye of a macro lens. Surrounding the brushed finish of the dial we find a minute track at the rehaut to complete a dial that feels much sportier and more youthful than the somewhat more traditional take of the ZM link 1 and 2.
